GPT5 Pro Terms of Use

By accessing or using GPT5 Pro (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to use the Service. By using GPT5 Pro, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at qqarlen2025@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. • Violating any applicable law or regulation. • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service. • Interfering with other users’ use of the Service or the networks connected to it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

GPT5 Pro and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by GPT5 Pro Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service solely for your internal business or personal use. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without express permission.

You retain ownership of any content, prompts, or data you submit. By providing User Content, you grant GPT5 Pro a non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely to deliver the Service.

Do not submit content that contains personal data you do not have permission to share. We implement safeguards to protect user data, but you acknowledge inherent risks in internet transmission.

GPT5 Pro uses advanced AI models to generate suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for independently validating AI-generated information before relying on it.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs comply with legal, medical, or financial regulations. Consult appropriate professionals where required.

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing cycles, pricing, and plan details are provided at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until canceled.

Trial offers are subject to change. We may end or modify trials without notice. After a trial, standard billing applies unless canceled before the renewal date.

Our Service may integrate with third-party APIs or platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing the agreements of any third-party tools you connect.

We are not liable for third-party content or actions. Use integrations at your own discretion.

If we share non-public information with you (such as roadmap previews or security materials), you agree to keep such information confidential unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Similarly, we treat your non-public data as confidential, subject to the exceptions listed in our Privacy Policy and in Section 10 (Legal Disclosures).

We may disclose information about you if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order. When permitted, we will notify you of such requests before sharing data.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You assume all risks arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPT5 Pro Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPT5 Pro Labs, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from other regions, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Service where it is illegal is prohibited.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of the Service at any time without liability. When feasible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

If we discontinue the Service, we will provide commercially reasonable assistance to export your data.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk. Review the applicable terms and privacy policies.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
